Making your very own custom made Ghost Letters is easy peasy! lol I got this from a friend the other day so I can't take any credit.

First, get some shrink paper (kinda like shrinky dinks, but the 8x11.5 pages are blank). You should be able to find it at most craft stores. Then, all you have to do is trace (or freehand if you're good at that kind of thing) some large letters (think BG (http://www.scraplove.com/shop/catalog/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=basic+grey) monogram letters) onto the shrink plastic pages. Cut them out and then follow the oven directions. lol You can even color them with markers and/or even (http://www.scraplove.com/shop/catalog/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=stamp)ink or stamp (http://www.scraplove.com/shop/catalog/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=stamp) on them before shrinking if you want designs on them! Don't forget, you can even use special fonts from your computer- just enlarge and bold the letters and trace! Just think - how cool would it be to have Girls Are Wierd or even Harry Potter ghost letters!

When they're all done baking you have your own ghost letters! How easy is THAT! lol

Love this idea... I used it with a bunch of music lyrics that I found..

Love quotes are great but I've found that some of the best quotes re in love lyrics. I found them here believe it or not: http://www.links2love.com/love_lyrics.htm

Never read this before. How cool. I don't know if I'll really take time to do it or not.

Love this idea! I tried some of that shrink paper, though, and it warped when heated! Will have to try again!

OOoh! I had forgotten about this thread! I have perfected the shrink paper method, but totally forgot about the letters! My kids and I do these homemade shrinky dinks together once in awhile! Super fun! Made a bunch of stars for a card once!
