Tigger asked me to add this so here it is....
Initially you start with your foam stamps. Here is one of my lovelier sets.

Turning the stamps over you adhere velcro to the back of the foam. It doesn't matter whether you attach the looped side or the fuzzy side.

You then attach the other piece so that the velcro attaches.

The take the stamps in their entirety and attach to something such as a firm plastic or cardboard. If you like, you can use the same piece of cardboard and adhere more foam stamps to the back.
