Mon - You posted once about how you do your handcut titles using different fonts. Can you post that again?

I *think* she will take a regular pencil and scribble till it is shiny all over the back.
THEN, she traces it on the front. The silver shows up on her cardstock..
DOES that make sense?? ONLY reason I know this.. is due to I asked her about this EXACT THING before!! ;)

yup. the pencil scribble becomes a kind of carbon paper.
You can also print in reverse on the BACK of the cardstock, and use that to cut.

I just print in reverse when I do this (which hasn't happened for a LONG time...time consuming!! rofl) but to be able to do it on BLACK is great!!!

Ok, Tigger, this one's for you. :)
I'm sure there is an easier way to do titles than this but this is really a handy trick that even my daughter uses. She needed to copy a title this weekend so we did this trick and she used it on her book report. Works really well when something isn't on the computer. When it's on the computer you can actually just print it backwards and then cut from there but I like doing things the long way.
Step One
Using Microsoft Word (don't twitch...this'll be easy), type out your text and select the size and font you want. Then print it.

Step Two
Turn the printed paper over. Take a pencil and color the back of the paper where the word is printed.

Step Three
Turn the paper over so the printed side is face up and place it on top of your cardstock that you want to use.

Step Four
Keeping your paper still so it doesn't move, use your pencil to outline the letters. Press kind of hard and feel free to go over the outline more than once. I did this one kind of sloppy just so you could see where I was making the pencil marks.

Step Five
Remove the paper and you will see the traced image on the cardstock.

Step Six
Take your cardstock and now cut out the title with your scissors or exacto knife...whichever you prefer. I, personally, like scissors.

Ta-Da
You're all done and now have a pretty hand-cut title! :)

Either before or after it's adhered, you can take an eraser and erase any leftover marks around the edges where you cut. I think those Pentel click erasers work the best.
